My name is Jaime Salo and I live in New York Mills, Minnesota. I have been in love with photography and lucky enough to combine a hobby with a blossoming career for over four years now! I was married to my best friend, Aaron, in September or 2005 and have been infatuated with weddings ever since. We recently were blessed with our first child, a girl, in October of 2008. We named her Aubree. She gave me the much needed push to really pursue my passion for photography and grow my business in hopes to one day, operate a studio of my own and have the opportunity to work from home and spend more time with my family. I officially started Jaime Salo Photography in January of 2008, but have been taking wedding photos since 2006 with my very trusting mentors, Photos R Forever of Perham, Minnesota. I describe my images as photojournalistic with a definite relationship with fashion photography. I love to make every shoot about the person in front of the camera and make them look their absolute best, while staying comfortable and most of all, having a blast. After all, people look their best when they are happy and just being themselves!
